INFORMATION REGARDING THE PRIVACY POLICY OF THE SITE

Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 regulates the processing of personal data, providing in principle and subject to precise exceptions, the obligation to inform the person concerned and his consequent consent. In this regard, GN srl specifies that the data requested or otherwise provided by the Customer/Prospect will be used in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law and provides below the information prescribed by Article 13 of the same decree.

(a) Purpose of processing. 

Data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary, for the achievement of the above-mentioned purpose, and in any case not exceeding 5 years. The processing is proposed:
- purposes related to the commitments undertaken with the Customer or arising from a legal obligation;
- purposes functional to the activities of the GN.
- marketing purposes (newsletters)

Emails will not be used, or transferred to third parties, for purposes other than those accepted during registration, double-checked, voluntary.

(b) Method of processing.

The processing will be carried out by means of data collection, processing, extraction and comparison with predetermined criteria. The activities will be carried out with the help of paper, optical, computer, telematic media and through automated and computerized procedures.

(c) Communication and dissemination of data.
As part of this processing, the Customer's personal data may be communicated only to entities and subjects:
- Who carry out activities of archiving the documentation and data related to the relationship with the Customer;
- who carry out activities of transmission, enveloping, transportation and sorting of communications and goods directed to the Customer;
- entrusted with the management of payment and/or collection operations including banking and financial institutions;
- who carry out fraud control and credit recovery and protection activities. The data may also be communicated to any companies and/or consortia.

(d) Owner and responsible party.
The owner of the processing described above is GN SRL, in the person of its legal representative.

The data processing, takes place at GN srl, Strada Scaglia Est 33, 41126 Modena.

e) Customer rights and character of consent.
Finally, it is recalled that:
- in relation to such processing, the Customer may assert the rights provided for in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003;
- the Customer's consent to the processing is optional, but its absence will prevent GN from fully achieving the purposes referred to in point a) and could result in the material impossibility of establishing the same contractual relationship with the Customer.

f) Cookies: the GN srl website uses cookies to make the user's browsing experience easier and more intuitive. Cookies do not record any personal information and any identifiable data will not be stored. 

g) Article 13, c.2 of the EU regulation lists the user's rights:

- the right of the data subject to request from the controller access to, rectification of, or restriction of the processing of personal data concerning him or her, or to object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.

- The right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law.
