CRM Business Forum: an even richer second edition!
05/09 Soluta 4 min read

The second edition of the CRM Business Forum took place on 15 May, the Soluta event dedicated to CRM professionals and enthusiasts, which takes place behind closed doors. After the success of the first edition, we returned to a symbolic place for us: the Royal Palace of Colorno, home of the ALMA School, the heart of Italian excellence and craftsmanship.
Why do we organize the CRM Business Forum?
For Soluta, CRM is a passion. We believe that discussing the issues of innovation, customer relations and digital transformation is fundamental. We organized this event because we want to listen: understand the real needs of companies, collect feedback, foster authentic connections. The CRM Business Forum is conceived as a moment of inspiration, enriched by a unique context that favors new ideas and perspectives, and for this reason Soluta is thrilled to be able to propose this experience again in October 2025.
A place that inspires
The Royal Palace of Colorno, the venue of the event, is a true symbol of Italian excellence. ALMA, the most important international school of cooking and hospitality, is based here, with which Soluta has collaborated for some time in concrete projects. This link between culture, innovation and territory makes the CRM Business Forum a unique opportunity to network and vision.
What's new in the second edition
We listened to the feedback received during the first edition. The result? An even richer, more engaging and longer event. Here’s what changed:
-
More content: the program has been enriched with speeches, case studies, interactive moments and testimonies.
-
More time: a whole day to delve into the merits of the topics, dialogue, ask questions and discuss.
-
More networking: spaces and moments designed to create new relationships between participants, because CRM is – first of all – a relationship.
The activities of the day
The day of the CRM Business Forum opened with a moment of welcome, followed by a keynote speech by Paolo Torricelli dedicated to digital trends in the CRM world. Following this, an in-depth study by Valentina Malavolta, on two American experiences of digital transformation, brought an international look to the event.
An interactive quiz involved participants dynamically, while the presentation of the new version of SalesPaddy4 showed how CRM can become even more pervasive in everyday business life. There was no shortage of moments of discussion: two networking sessions in small groups encouraged the exchange of ideas and experiences between professionals.
Lunch and a visit to the prestigious ALMA school added a touch of excellence to the experience. In the afternoon, the CRM Lab proposed practical exercises to concretely apply the concepts learned. To close the event, a focus on the use of Artificial Intelligence to make CRM a predictive and strategic tool.
