Soluta Summer Bootcamp 2025: Learning CRM with AI

Soluta relaunches its commitment to young people through the Summer Bootcamps, a free training initiative this year entirely dedicated to Artificial Intelligence in a CRM key.

A bridge between school and business

The project involved students from different technical institutes, selected through a call and supported by four scholarships. The objective is to reduce the distance between school and the world of work, offering concrete experience in a team on a real project, in collaboration with a client company and with the support of professionals in the sector.

During the course, participants were able to acquire skills in AI in terms of CRM, software development, data management and interface design in a stimulating environment.

 

The project

Over the four weeks of the Bootcamp, the kids worked on developing an intelligent chatbot, designed to manage conversations with users and independently recognize when a transition to a human operator is necessary.

This is not the classic chatbot “parrot” that generates frustration by repeating predefined answers. On the contrary, the objective of the project was to create a tool that can combine the potential of Artificial Intelligence with human intervention, where required.

An intelligent assistant that stands alongside the operator: it filters out simple requests, speeds up responses and leaves room for human interaction when it really matters.
A solution designed to improve the user experience and lighten the operational load of the support team.
